What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a bespoke quote to a customer, we need the event date, type of the event they are hosting, if there is a power point available, the estimated number of guests, where the potential venue is located, whether is an indoor or outdoor event, if there are any dietary requirements. Based on the information provided, we will be able to tailor a suitable quote that will leave our customer and his guests fully satisfied with our service.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering, ask for menu samples, what type of ingredients are used, where they are served from. You should ask if they are registered with NCASS, as this will give you the confidence of a professional approach. You also should ask for a marketing presentation.
