What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to compose a quote for our customer we would like an event date and time and details on the length of service that you require, we would also need an approx idea on guest numbers and to know if you would like both Sweet and Savory options.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly I would ask lots of questions! Ask about experience, ask about the menu get to know the provider in more depth. Ask how long they will stay at your event, ask how many people will be serving and how many machines they will use (what their output is), Most importantly ask if everything will be made fresh.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
From a very young age, I have had a passion for hospitality from the age of 16 I managed show units across the Uk I went on to manage Restaurants including 5 Star, AA Rosette premises. I always wanted my own business and I absolutely love Crepes so it was an easy choice for me. Providing the best service is very important to me and this way I can make sure that happens every single time.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I love Add to Event, I have had many bookings from it but my favourite is still a local Zoo hired out by a large local corporation. we had a fantastic time serving some lovely people. But how can you top working side by side with the Monkeys and other animals!
I recommend Add to Event daily as it helped me grow with my business and it will help many more people I am sure!
