What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

It goes without saying we need the date to check our availability, the location (if known) or potential location and the type of event. The event type is key because this means we can tailor our quote to things we think you may be interested in along with the specifics you provide.

As a Venue Dresser and Event Stylist, it is always helpful to know an approximate number of guests so we can best guess how many tables you will need - if we overquote we will scare you off! If you have decided on a colour scheme or theme this will help as we can send you information of other similar events we have styled. Even telling us what you don't want helps!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My passion for styling is combined with both planning & organising - to me, this is just heaven!
