What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We are always delighted to receive new enquiries from customers, in order to be able to provide an accurate quote for their event or wedding we like to know the date of the event, the type of event, will this be a wedding, private party, corporate event ideally with a small explanation on the type of event, theme and colour scheme. The number of guests that will be attending their event, if they have a venue booked the postcode and address so we can check availability and if we cover that area.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We encourage our customers to browse through our social media and website this is such a great way to look at previous examples of events and the type of decorations and props available to hire. We provide a wide range of services, styling services, decor packages and hire props and love to discuss with clients their theme, colour scheme and inspiration behind their event. We are always open to suggestions on themes and colour schemes and will do our best to work within our client's budgets to give them a wonderful event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Plan Style Hire was born out of love for all things wedding, parties and events! As a wedding and event Planner, we cover a range of events, from planning corporate Christmas parties through to Baby Showers and Intimate Weddings.
Plan Style Hire also provide affordable and stylish Wedding Decor, Party Props and Furniture across the South Coast and London, with DIY Hire available on some hire items. The majority of our props are made in house and we are able to offer a bespoke prop creation service.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We received a booking for a client looking for a last-minute Sweet Cart provider as unfortunately their booked provider had pulled out and cancelled on them at the last minute. We discussed with the client their requirements and logistics for delivery of the sweet cart to ensure this was delivered on time for their event. The client has since sent us over lots of lovely photos from their event and we were honoured to be able to help them celebrate such a special occasion.
We would recommend Add to Event to other suppliers as it is a great way to reach new customers, the platform is also very easy to use.
