What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a comprehensive bespoke quotation we require the following:
1) Event Date
2) Full venue address including postal code
3) Load In/Load Out Timings
4) Entertainment Start & End times
5) Venue provision (Sound System etc)
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always advise customers to look at feedback from previous clients, is there anything by way of video footage or anything that can help make the decision-making process easier?
