To get a great quote please let us know the date and hopefully the times of your event and the venue. How many people you expect to attend your event helps us staff it correctly. This information helps us get you the best combination of equipment and price.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Are the staff who are going to operate the equipment qualified, insured and enthusiastic?
Ensure that there is enough space for the equipment to be delivered, set up and operated, some equipment needs more space than might be expected.
Finally ask about the paperwork, insurance, risk assessments etc.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked in the outdoor activity industry for 25 years and in that time I have had the pleasure of climbing, cycling, abseiling, walking, shooting and caving with thousands of young people and adults. Seeing someone achieve a challenge and grow from that experience is truly inspiring. My aim is to bring these experiences to as many people as possible and give them a taste of the outdoors.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have worked with many clients from corporate to families. I think the corporate clients are the most interesting as they often expect to pay thousands of pounds but when they talk to us they realise they can do it for less.
