We like to engage with our client in order to really understand what is required. What the theme is, what they are hoping to achieve, who we are entertaining - all important things. We pride ourselves on ensuring the job is done and everyone has had an amazing experience!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to ask about insurance - it's so important to have an entertainer with not only skill but also a valid PLI certificate. Is the company knowledgeable? You want to ensure they provide the right service and for the right amount of time. Look at reviews if they have any. It's not vital, but if they are available they are always worth a read!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Innovation Entertainment was started as a business because we genuinely love what we do - we entertain. We love to create and enhance anyone's event, making it memorable and giving it the 'wow factor'. I think the whole experience isn't solely down to one element, it begins with aesthetics and then comes down to how an entertainer interacts with their audience; making people smile isn't easy, but it's what we love to do. Personality, we believe, is so important. From years of entertaining we strongly believe in creating a rapport and leaving a lasting impression

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've had a range of bookings from Add to Event, from large Galas to smaller private birthday parties. It's always great to be able to communicate clearly and with ease to secure and confirm a booking. We've had repeat bookings and are able to creating a database of clientele who strongly trust what we can deliver as a company.
