What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote that works for you we would ideally need an estimated number of guests, potential venue, date, time, amount of hours needed and the service required!
Additional information that would be helpful is your budget range, whether the event is indoor or outdoor and use of changing rooms/ power outlets.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding the right entertainer is essential, so I would ask questions and let us know a little bit about your personality. Getting the correct entertainer for the vibe of your party is a good way to ensure maximum fun. For example, hiring the correct style of singer, if you want a laid-back or an extremely fun party that gets the crowd dancing. If you want somebody very friendly and chatty or you would like a more quiet and reserved face painter, is the idea of a party that you have already suitable for the age range you are entertaining? Would another service be more beneficial to you? etc.
These are all factors that can make or break your experience so make sure you do your research within the company and allow us to plan something that is perfect for your needs!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After completing years at drama college and stage school, I decided to put together a team of actors to create a realistic, magical character entertainer experience featuring all of the favourite characters from well-known stories!
Since then it has grown into introducing face painters, glitter artists, and photographers to ensure we can plan for you the ideal party to wow your guests!
We ensure our team is very personal and everybody is regularly trained and has frequent rehearsals in which they can excel in their performances!
