Look for someone you can work with and that is passionate about their role. Someone that you trust 100% with your clients. Anyone can have clinical qualifications but not everyone actually cares and has compassion. Look for someone that will take care of those attending your event as they were family giving them 100% of their clinical knowledge and professionalism. Someone that will always try to find a solution for the problem and will always have open and honest communication.
