What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to be able to provide accurate quotations, the following information is useful upon initial enquiry. The type of event, event date(s), what event hire you'd like quoting for, size of space/room for hire, pictures of the space can be very useful, the delivery address. Following on from this information, our expert team will ask questions to really get a feel for your event and will be able to advise on the items you require as well as making you aware of other items that we stock.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's really important to look into your suppliers. Many events are booked months, if not years in advance, so you want to ensure you have booked with someone reputable. Look at Google and social media reviews to gain knowledge of your supplier. Over the years we have stepped in at the last minute to provide hire when people have been let down by other companies.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Concept Event Solutions has been providing bespoke event solutions for over 20 years. Events span the UK and can be anything from small charity events right up to large festivals and corporate events.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had several event bookings through Add to Event and we find the system works really well. We had a booking last year that had a very vague brief, we made contact opened up a discussion and were able to listen and advise the customer. The end result was an amazing event that the customer has been raving about ever since. Uses us regularly for other event hire and left numerous reviews on Google and Facebook.
