What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
It is really important to get as much information as possible from a client about their event/wedding or function. Information that is helpful includes;
Event date, times, location, budget, theme and colour scheme, indoor or outdoor event, items, equipment services required, dietary requirements if required, venue/access restrictions delivery & collection times,
contact details.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My main piece of advice would be 'Do Your Research!'. It is important that you are able to trust the supplier that you decide to use for your event - ensure good communication between yourself and the supplier as this is so important for every booking. Check reviews, testimonials, websites and social media platforms for each supplier to really get a feel for the company and what they can provide for you.
Not only is it important for you to do your own research into suppliers, but it's also very helpful for the client to do their own research into what they would like the supplier to supply for the event. Look into different themes and colour schemes and get some ideas - share this with the supplier and let them bring your ideas to life. May Pinterest be your best friend when looking for inspiration.

Founded by Roseanna Lindridge, a passionate event professional, educated at The Event Academy London, striving to create an Event Planning and Decorating business that caters for all calibre of clients. Roseanna is often praised for her impeccable attention to detail, organisation skills and creative flair. Our core values include; ensuring all services are provided to the highest possible standard, making sure our Events and Services are environmentally and economically sustainable where possible, creating unforgettable experiences for a diverse range of clients and guests and to build strong working relationships and reputations with new and existing clients along with fellow industry suppliers.
