What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event, the estimated number of guests, and what services are required - e.g. venue hire, catering, entertainment or a full package. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable event proposal.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the services they are offering, and how they can tailor that service to our event. Also, find out about their planning process to ensure it fits with your event timeline.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I am passionate about events and was eager to find a solution to take the worry and stress away from those that are trying to plan for a special occasion. I pride myself on my organisation skills that will put you at ease and allow you to relax, knowing that your event is in good hands. Working closely with clients is an important part of what I do - fully understanding the needs of the event is where it all begins, before turning concept into reality, and reality into memories.
