What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a potential client with a comprehensive quote we will require a few details, such as the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, the location of the event, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event and a rough budget of what they are looking to spend. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together an accurate and relevant quotation that suits the client's needs and requirements.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend that you ask the event planner about the products and services they are offering. They should have a clear understanding of what they offer and their services to you. Find out where they are primarily based and whether they have the relevant commercial set up to fulfil your event safety and responsibly. At Inside Out Eventz Ltd HQ we have installed a £30,000 commercial kitchen and we use strict HACCP guidelines for all food production, handling, storage & distribution and dealings with our clients and their guests. Make sure your chosen event planner can also show this dedication to their art. Establish what their set up consists of and the equipment they use when onsite at your home or venue. We pride ourselves on our professional set up and how we appear to you and the guests attending your event. Therefore, we will always attend every event uniformed - ensuring a consistent, professional approach. Our equipment is constantly maintained and renewed when required to maintain our high standards and ensure quality service every time.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started the business as we found a gap in the market for a company that could look after all aspects of an event – from finding a venue to catering, and not forgetting the little things that compliment your event. With both Andrea and myself loving sweets and fun food we also decided to offer a hire service and cater for the treats everyone likes to have at parties. This is where we combined the catering and fun food hire together.

We are yet to secure a booking through Add to Event, but are very excited to fulfil our first one!
