What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote we would need the date firstly, we would need a brief explanation of the event. - the type of event, colour theme, how many guests and their dream of how they would like the day to be executed. We need to know where the venue is or if you would like us to source a venue for you; finally a proposed budget.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always my customers to have a consultation with the company, I always think its best to do it face to face. You get to know people better like this. You can get a better feel for the person and confidence in their company.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
MJC Events Management is a family business, we are a realistic company with realistic goals, our motto is 'Tell us your budget and we'll give you a party' We try to work with every budget that comes our way, we rarely turn away customers. Everyone's budget and event are equally important to us.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We haven't had a completed booking through Add to Event yet, but we do have three confirmed bookings, I like that the website is an all in one platform. We have added the platform to our personal website and we are planning to solely use this platform for our bookings.
