What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
So we can provide you with a comprehensive and accurate quote, we would need the event date, event type, event location, venue information (Indoors? Outdoors?), expected attendance, and as much information for what you require technically. Once we have all of this we can use our experience and expertise to put together your equipment list and design for the event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be honest about every aspect of the event. Let us know if you are struggling budget-wise - we can often look at our provision to help out. Let us know if you need advice on how to accomplish any aspect of the event. Let us know who your special guests or entertainers are, or even your provisional lists - we have worked with a lot of people and can give a solid recommendation.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Zisys Events was started by Danny Anderson back in 2002 as a PA hire company. As time moved on and more clients started asking "can you do this" and "can you do that", we started doing exactly this and that. Zisys Events became the audiovisual production company we are today. With a small but highly experienced staff team of technicians and event managers, Zisys is one of the finest event companies in Scotland.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have worked with a number of clients who have found us through Add to Event. The best part is that most don't realise we act as a one-stop-shop for all things events, and have gone from a simple projector hire to full audiovisual productions.
