For De Wilde Events to provide a comprehensive quote to our customer, we ideally need the event date, a short explanation of the type of event they are hosting, an estimated number of guests and a potential venue, it also helps to know whether the event will be held indoor or outdoor. We can then use our experience and expertise, to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We have a variety of professional suppliers that we work closely with for a variety of events from private events. When looking around check reviews and talk to the provider to discuss as many details as you can think of to avoid any misunderstandings.

Here at De Wilde, we have had a number of successful and memorable events. My favourite has to be the masquerade ball that we helped organise for charity. We had the pleasure to use an old Manor House that really fitted the event.
