Go2 Event is a dedicated events company based in the West Midlands and offers an array of different packages and services to make your event the 'go2 place to be'. Whether that's a photo booth or a full wedding package with dance floor and chocolate fountain or even some words of advice for choosing your provider, they have it all!
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote we would need the following information:
- Date of the event
- City/ Venue of the event
- Number of guests
- Approx times for the equipment hire
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask them the different variations of equipment or the choices they have to offer from the specific equipment you are looking to hire. Also, ask them how long they have been operating and if they have provided for notable events/ companies to create a sense of validation to the company in question. Check reviews for these events to find out what the level of service was.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Go2-Events was born out of the passion we have, to put on great events and make memories for the hosts and guests! We have been operating for 4 years and have hired out equipment to over 1000 events now offering a range of services and constantly evolving and innovating. We want to give our customers the day of their dreams as planning an event is expensive therefore we want to provide value and service, which is where Go2-Events was formulated.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
The feedback we have had from Add to Event has been fantastic and we are happy to showcase our business on this platform. An event which springs to mind is a wedding we hired decor/ candy cart and Photo booth for, which they contacted us 7 days before their wedding using Add to Event, due to their previous company cancelling on them last minute. We responded immediately through the website and managed to pull it off and ultimately it was a fantastic wedding and the guests/ hosts were very happy with the services we provided. We understand that Add to Event is a relatively new platform so we try promote it where possible.
