What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to ask the provider about the product they are offering, I wouldn't want my hair cut by someone who didn't know much about hair so why have an event organised by someone who knows little about event organising?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
My passion has always been providing excellent service and giving people the day of their dreams. During the planning of our recent wedding, the idea of V and K Bespoke Events was formulated. I wanted to create a business that had customer focus at its core.
