What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would need to know the location of the event, what is going to be happening, party, disco, charity event and premises it will be held in ie, town hall, barn, the plot of land. Then we would need to know how many guests and if alcohol is involved so we can quote for the correct staff per guest ratio which follows health and safety guidelines. Lastly, it would be helpful if we know the approximate budget, duties required.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask the provider about insurance and qualifications. Ask about their services and how and why they offer them. Find out about what they do to keep their staff safe and what equipment they use.

Extremus Support Services Ltd was created after we have seen first-hand what companies fail to provide and when they cut corners it can be devastating. We have had lots of bookings through this platform that we are so happy about. We as a team can't wait to help keep events safe and secure and see the feedback from our clients.
