In order to provide an accurate quote to a customer, we would need the date of the party, and the start time.
A description of the event, for example is a 5th Birthday party that is superhero-themed.
How many kids or adults that want to use the service?
If the party will be held in a venue, do they need a copy of our liability insurance provided?
Are there any known allergies or intolerances?
What time can we set up at the venue from?
This information makes it easier for us to create a coherent quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say definitely let the supplier know if you want something specific, and don't be afraid to ask for things out of the ordinary, as a service provider we want to provide the best service we can offer. Sometimes we may not think of the theme or style of service you would like but we are more than likely able to provide what you are looking for.
I would also encourage customers to look around and compare service providers as there are so many to choose from there will be someone who provides what you are looking for.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Fancy Faces was born from a small group who worked at summer fates for a local school and wanted to expand and provide an artistry service for all ages and all styles of make-up. We offer everything from children's parties to UV raves, Film and Television and FX make up, and are constantly learning new techniques and skills to broaden our horizons. We love being a part of the fun in all aspects of life.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have loved every booking we have had from Add to Event, to pick one specifically we really enjoyed a festival we did in 2018. We took three members of staff and spent three wonderful days with some amazing people, we made them look as fabulous as we felt. Everyone who visited us over the three days was incredibly happy with the service we provided and we have been back twice since, it was a great opportunity that we may not have had in our early days as a business.
