What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide you with a relevant quotation, I need you to tell me all about your event: what type of event are you hosting and where you are holding it, whether it will be inside or outside, and approximately how many people you are expecting. If outside, can you provide a gazebo or shelter from wind/sun/rain, and how do you expect to cover costs - are you proposing to pay me and face painting will be free to your guests, or is it chargeable per face? Please just give me as much information as possible so that I can customize my quotation to your requirements.

You are looking for a face painter, but obviously, you do not want just any face painter, you want a super face painter - and how are you going to judge that? Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I became a face painter 6 years' ago when I had grandchildren who loved having their faces painted, so I took some professional courses and learned which were the recommended best face paints, glitter, brushes and equipment to buy - and generally, how to be a creative and hygienic face painter. I don't face paint to make a lot of money as a "business": I face paint because I love doing it and seeing the delight when people, especially children, look in the mirror. And now I have an amazing kit, with amazing colours, and I can create amazing faces.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I am looking forward to my first booking through this platform, some I have been offered have been out of my travel range, but I hope to increase my bookings through Add to Event very soon.
