What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote to a customer we need a date, a brief explanation of the type of event or party the estimated number of quests and venue, whether it be inside or outdoor. From this we can use our experience and expertise to put together our quote which will be beneficial to both the customer and ourselves.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly they should always ask the provider about the services they are offering to find out if they are a suitable supplier for what they require. The customer should add as much detail into the brief as possible to make it easier for the provider to give an accurate quote.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my own fish and chip shop back in 2016 and everything was running perfectly until Covid-19, Unfortunately due to all the rising costs etc, I decided to close up shop and go mobile so I purchased a brand new fish and chip van and took my business mobile. It has been the best move I have ever made with the benefit of being mobile I can attend events, parties, corporate events, weddings and many more. With the added help from Add To Event I have sourced many jobs bringing me a lot of custom and helping me grow my mobile business.
