What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

I need accurate numbers/of guests eating.
I need good access - imagine the width of a small Tesco delivery van. We don't normally have any issues but I like to make a note.
If you want an accurate quote I would need to know whether you want sides included or not.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go quality fish does not come under £10 per head.
If you can be specific with what you want, that helps get accurate quotes.
Also, I like it when a caterer calls me - it shows passion and eagerness to help.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started this business because there were not any really good fish and chip shops around. I looked into opening a shop but the fees and investment were astronomical! I then looked into mobile food and have been able to travel to my customers and serve really high-quality food! I have not looked back..!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I really like Add to Event because it allows you to quote the client and then call them to discuss their event in detail. This helps you nail exactly what the client is looking for and helps you help them on a better level than just communicating via email.
