Giant Gestures hires out 4ft numbers and letters to give your event that WOW factor. They also hire flower walls, giant freestanding flowers, mirror seat plans or signs and Pom Pom walls.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer I would need the event date, location, the occasion i.e. birthday, wedding etc, whether it is indoor or outdoor. From that, I can put together suitable hire items to make their event look stunning,
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The quality of the products being offered. Are they maintained? What flowers are in the flower walls? What else can you provide?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Giant Gestures started because there were no letter companies in Suffolk providing the whole alphabet. we even have Mr&Mrs, Mr&Mr or Mrs&Mrs to go on top. From there we have grown to incorporate more decor including flower walls, blossom trees and chair sashes.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had many bookings through this site. The one that most sticks out is a wedding where they just wanted LOVE. As it got closer to the wedding we were contacted by the client who wanted LOVE in rustic not white, at that time we didn't have rustic, but we got into the workshop straight away and had it made. The client then asked for chair sashes and again we were happy to oblige. The client was extremely happy.
I have recommended Add to Event to numerous people including clients who have asked for quotes but as we were unable to accommodate their date suggested they go through Add to Event to find someone that would be available.
