Keanu's Kitchen need details including the event date; an accurate estimate of the number of attendees at the event, preferred types of food and whether there is power available as this guides us on bringing our generator. We also require an accurate geographic location and postcode for logistical planning purposes and costings. The name of the organiser is important as we want to make our quote personal.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider about their product offerings and the quality of the product, where they procure their products to ensure quality. Ask the provider what specialised equipment they have access to determine whether the volumes of food required can be met in the required timeframe. Ask the provider for any reviews

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Keanu's Kitchen was started by the Dad as his son is studying culinary arts at college and is passionate about being a chef. The business is one which we hope will grow and leave a legacy for son Keanu to build on and grow and create fantastic food for our customers. Both Dad, Vaughan, and son Keanu. are passionate about food and experimenting with textures and tastes and receiving great reviews from our customers

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We use Add to Event quite a lot and we had a private party for about 100 guests where we were required to our range of gourmet burgers and triple-cooked chips for the dinner and then some great toasties, coffees and bacon rolls for the breakfast the next morning. It was a really great atmosphere and our food was enjoyed thoroughly. We recommend other food traders to join Add to Event as many potential customers advertise here and exposure is great
