To provide an all-inclusive offer of catering service/quote we need to know the date and time of the event, type of location/venue and events, number of guests, pay upfront or themselves, the distance of event venue, available power and water, public or private event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To do this work we need to have all certifications, I advise all customers who are looking to hire a provider to ask for all the certifications, as a letter of confirmation with all the details of the event, liability insurance, gas certificate, Pat electric test, risk assessment, FCA rating, details of the Business Owner. This will help to avoid surprises in case of an accident during the event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I was a Head chef for 38 years with a passion for 1960s vintage caravans as a collector. Under Covid, the hospitality industry went through an enormous crisis so I decided to redesign a vintage caravan to a catering caravan to serve people at home.
So it was re-born as a Pizza & Pasta Vintage Caravan, Street Food Vintage Caravan, Sunday Roast Vintage Caravan, Gelato Vintage Caravan, Coffee & teas Vintage Caravan and soon Mex Food Vintage Caravan!
