Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked as a chef since 1999 and have travelled around the world cooking, Singapore, Spain, Argentina Indonesia and USA are some of the countries I been working and gaining experience from all different cultures and flavours. My dream always was to have my own food truck and be my own boss and that's what motivated me to be where I'm now.

Well, I have to say that I have had many events with Add to Event and I'm really happy with the way they went. My team and I have always been welcomed in every event and we have had a lot of really good opportunities along the way, met a lot of different traders and have had an amazing time too.
