What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We want this process to be as simple as possible for you. The more information you give us, the more perfect for you our quote will be! If we know the venue, we can give you an accurate delivery cost. But we will also look at the venue, and our past experiences there, and curate the games that are great in that venue. We ask for guest ages and numbers, so we can select games for you that are guaranteed to be loved by all that attend!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they LOVE their own games! This way, you know they will be well-maintained, fun to play, and good to look at.
We always say look at the hire period too, 3 hours with good games is just not long enough.
Always ask what their favourite games are, as it may make you try something you otherwise wouldn't!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

When my daughter got married, I knew she wanted garden games, but couldn't find any good enough!
So, a year (and a house full of ping pong balls) later, I built her very own carnival.
On my day, they went down a storm. Guests had a blast.
The day after, FeteStall was born.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Too many to decide between! If I had to choose one it would be a beautiful wedding in Northampton.
The bridesmaids asked for the games to be set up straight away, so they could take turns whilst waiting for the MUA.
We heard the games were played all day, and it even got a bit competitive.
A few weeks after, we were sent the most beautiful photos of the guests having fun with the games.
They were even used as props for the official portraits.
Knowing our games helped to make a wedding day that extra bit special is magical!
