What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to offer a fully comprehensive quote to clients we would ideally require a brief explanation of the event along with potential date and venue location. An estimate on guest numbers would also go a long way as it allows us to draw on our expertise and past experiences to advise clients the best way to run a fun casino to suit their individual needs and plan the event with suitable equipment.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly you should ask any potential provider about their equipment. Sadly, there are a great number of fun casino companies which start up with little to no experience. Many offer cheap, poor quality equipment and untrained or unprofessional staff. It is very easy to opt for the cheapest when it comes to fun casinos but price really should not be the determining factor as you really do get what you pay for.
Always try to ensure the provider you choose uses genuine full size casino tables and equipment as this makes for a truly authentic fun casino experience. Ask about previous events, request pictures and query whether they are professionally trained? A good question to ask would be about the chips they use. Casino grade Roulette colour chips will weigh 10.5g and table cash chips 14.5g.
The quality and size of tables is also very important. A full size Roulette tables will be 9ft x 5ft. Poker tables are 10ft in length and should seat 10 players plus a croupier comfortably whilst card tables such as Blackjack, Stud and Wheel of Fortune are usually 7ft x 4ft.

Elite Fun Casino was a brain child developed from the love of my time spent in the casino industry. Having managed casinos around the world for nearly 14 years I returned to the UK and wanted to bring that genuine casino experience to the general public.
Drawing on my experiences and contacts around the world we set about having genuine custom made equipment matching the specs of any casino. With the focus on the enjoyment of our clients and their guests we take every opportunity to ensure the smooth running of every event. We only ever have professional croupiers we have personally worked with in the industry and know understand the importance of each guest's smile, so we are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of your event.

Wow, where do we start!?!? There have been so many wonderful events booked through this website and we have received lots of positive feedback. If we had to choose one that really stands out it would be the charity night for Hopes & Dreams. We set up an entire casino that evening with Roulette, two Blackjacks, Craps and several Poker tables. Guests entered through a red carpet lined with stainless steel poles and ropes, our custom made light up Vegas sign made for wonderful photo opportunities on the night. Every single guest we spoke to was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the team and the fun atmosphere created. It is thanks to a well planned and executed evening that donations managed to raise over £5000 on the evening.
