What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide an accurate quote and check availability, ideally we need to know the event date and time, the venue location, budget, the type of event i.e. wedding, corporate, fundraiser etc. and the potential number of guests expected to participate. We can then put together a package that best suits the customer's budget and event requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise potential customers to read the company's reviews on social media and Google. I would tell them to choose a company that specialises in the type of event they require and one that has a proven track record. I would recommend choosing a company that accepts payment by debit/credit card and not a cash only operator for their protection. I would also ask the company for a copy of their public liability insurance, many rogue operators will not provide this.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I had worked in the casino industry for over twenty-five years and decided I wanted to move over to the entertainment side of the industry. My passion has always been in entertainment and I thought that bringing the casino experience to private parties would be a great opportunity for me to combine my casino management experience with the entertainment industry. We have been growing from strength to strength and now adding photo booth and event prop hires to our product range whilst keeping casino themed entertainment as our core business.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

That's a tough one we do hundreds of events throughout the year and each one is amazing, we truly love what we do and all our customers.
