Royale Casino Promotions provide casino events and games throughout Staffordshire and The Midlands. In addition to all of the casino equipment being set up and managed by professional staff on-site at the venue, Royale Casino Promotions also offer a fully staffed photo booth at the event with a range of features such as immediate printouts and a USB filled with every photo from the day. The events are also available with a theme such as James Bond, Hollywood or Wild West.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would need your event date, potential venue (or post code), and what kind of event - wedding, birthday party, prom, charity event, Christmas party, etc. Additional information would be great, if known - approximate number of guests, room or suite name, stairs or lifts involved, onsite parking, contact at the venue. Please specify if the venue is outside so we can adapt our casino hire accordingly.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please check what is being supplied - check if they have Public Liability Insurance and can produce a certificate for you. Check with the venue if they have any requirements. Make sure that any photos are of their own equipment and casino games - not just taken off Google. Check your timings and ensure that you book the times with the supplier as required.

Royale Casino Promotions is run by Kathy Beddow who had been a professional croupier all her adult life, working in London and internationally as well as on luxury cruise ships sailing around the world. When building a business they say 'do what you know'. I started the company in 2005 and we have been going from strength to strength and from casino tables we have added themed packages and a Photobooth - perfect for weddings, parties and events from house parties to huge corporate events.
