From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look at the provider's reviews, the one-off negative review might be okay but see how the decor company replies to them and handles them and if they recurring.
I would also have a look to see if they are registered and how long they have been trading for. The last thing you want is for an unprofessional or fly by night operation to ruin your event
Finally, furniture comes in all qualities, always look at the pictures carefully to see if the quote matches the quality of the offering. It's very easy to have mismatched expectations.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started over three years, all our staff have experience in the events industry and we noticed a gap in the market for a service provider that had a professional structure in place but also being straightforward without the extra bureaucracy of national hire companies.
We do not just strive to serve all types of customers, we also can recommend other event suppliers from our network of contacts in case we aren't able to meet your needs.
