What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, we will need some additional information as well as the date and location. This can include, the type of event, the estimated number of tents you require, the furnishing level.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When asking a supplier, they should communicate professionally and get back to you on the same working day you request information. Ask for the different levels of service they offer (IE furnishing level) and if there are any discounts you can receive based on the number of tents being hired. You should also ask about any additional equipment that is available to hire.

Rent Bell Tents LTD has been creating boutique campsites at private events, festivals and weddings around the UK since 2012. We have a range of accommodation options to suit every budget, however big or small. Whether it's one tent or hundreds, we can help accommodate your requirements.

We have had many great bookings through Add to Event, but if we had to pick one it would be the LCGB event in Lincoln. The guy running it is incredibly friendly and the community is amazing.
