What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To help us provide and clear and comprehensive quote we need as much detail from you from the outset as possible. The date and location is a must so that we can make sure we are available and within a suitable travelling distance for your event.
An estimated number of guests and the budget you have to work with will also allow us to provide options that are within budget and based on your preferences.
If you also have any further details about the event space, special requirements and dietary requirements it will allow us to hit the ground running and return a comprehensive quote based around what you are looking for.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a supplier, do some initial research check out their website, Instagram and other social media pages if they have them. It may also be beneficial to check out any reviews on Add to Event and google so you can make sure you're choosing the best provider for you!
We'd advise also asking if everything is included in the price.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

As a duo, we bring together our years of experience within the hospitality industry and set up the Grazing Guys in 2020. Josh had extensive experience front of house as well in event management including weddings. Huw learnt his craft working as a chef in some of Sydney's most prestigious venues before specialising in pastry and working as a head pastry chef in a number of luxurious hotels before returning to the UK.
Together we formed the Grazing Guys, love what we do every day and haven't looked back since.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had great success so far through Add to Event! The process of communicating with clients is great and the quality of bookings we get through the website is excellent. We have recently had a number of last-minute wedding requests through Add to Event which we have been able to accommodate. We enjoy going above and beyond to ensure that our clients special day is made that bit more special.
