Bristol Event Catering Company carefully combines award-winning local producers, suppliers, and event professionals to create extraordinary experiences. They have a wide range of menus for you to have a look through and choose from, however, this doesn't mean they can't create something bespoke for you.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Let's start planning! There are a few things we need from you, firstly let's hear about your influences and plans for the special day... what kind of food do you fancy? What service style, is it a banquet, or formal fining? After that let's hear about the technical things... how many guests are there? Is there a kitchen available? Overall we just want to hear from you and get the planning started!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't expect everything to be included... unless you book through us. Usually, you will have to pay for cutlery, crockery, staff and even vat on top of the quote you receive. We have a different approach - keeping it fresh and simple.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
With 2020 being such a crazy year we decided to approach things a little differently. We work from commercial kitchens across the South West as and when we need to use them. Our fresh and simple approach enables us to be flexible to your needs and makes us a much more sustainable company in what is an unpredictable time.
This means one thing; our food is ordered, prepared and cooked fresh for every event we host, whilst all being sourced from within a 20-mile radius. This approach not only guarantees fresh quality ingredients but enables us to cater more specifically to dietary requirements and special requests.
