Saddles Bar
Saddles Bar is a converted horse box bar providing bespoke service for weddings, birthdays and other celebrations. Located in Derbyshire, but travelling around the country, our mobile bar will add the finishing touch to your event.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer we need the event date, the estimated number of guests. We are providing mobile catering only for outdoor events. From very few details I can provide the quote for both - cash bar, pre-paid bar or all-inclusive drinks.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for the pricing for cash bar or pre-paid bar. Make sure you know if it is outdoor or indoor. If it is outdoor you should be aware if a power generator is available or if there is an electricity point. Be realistic with the budget per head.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have been working in hospitality for several years and I truly enjoy it. As I have organised parties and events I have decided to add another service into my portfolio - a mobile bar. My ultimate goal is to make the customer happy and provide the best value for the money they spend. I always go the extra mile for all my customers.
