The Blue Horse Inn provides a mobile horse box bar that serves draught beer, cider, cocktails, award-winning gin & all spirits & spritzers. it is a unique bar for all types of events such as weddings, birthdays, christening, baby showers, private parties & many more. All you need is approx 4-metre space & they can do the rest.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide you with a quote, ideally we would need the event date & timings required. A brief explanation of the event type & where this will be held - indoors or outdoors? The venue location & the number of people attending. It would also be very useful to know the rough amount of drinks required per head.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask as many questions as possible & also what work they have successfully achieved in the past. This can be separate from this website as not all work is listed on here. For example we offer lots of Private Parties independently. There is no harm in asking for their social media page details or case studies.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We absolutely love the idea of being in multiple different locations & this Business really allows us to do that. We both have provided Bar work before & really wanted to do it ourselves but adding extra value such as personal touches to those all-important special occasions. We love quirky stuff & our Business really does offer that.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
This Platform is amazing, It really has given us another avenue of leads & even referrals. One of the most recent bookings we offered went extremely well. I really believe that is down to the information required & requested when making a booking through this platform. I have just started out on here 1+month & already referring lots of people due to me wanting to play my part in helping it grow
