What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We require the following information from you when requesting a quote, the event, address, times, what services you require i.e staff only, cash bar, paid bar, horsebox or pop up bar, a range of drinks or specifics, number of guests. With all of this information, we will be able to provide a comprehensive quote upon initial contact.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out what services are offered, for how long, if any charges are made for hire time, if there is a minimum spend or minimum serving times. Do you have access to power and water or are these things we need to provide. How is access to your event, can we manoeuvre a horsebox with ease at the event. What the space is like i.e. size so we can determine if we can provide our horsebox or pop up bar.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started our business 5 years ago after developing a love of horses through attending events with our daughter. We purchased a run down horsebox and worked hard to convert this into what you see today. We love being at all sorts of events, be it a wedding, party, street party, festivals, funerals etc we love being a talking point of your events with our stunning horsebox and pop up bar so beautifully decorated.
