What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To get a comprehensive quote, make sure you identify any specifics you want covered e.g. particular drinks or drinks packages e.g. Welcome Drink for 100, the date of your event. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor event as if you've identified it's indoor we know our bar wouldn't suit your venue & so therefore wouldn't clutter up your Inbox with a quote that doesn't suit your requirements.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We know it's difficult to give every detail in the first post, so don't be put off by asking further questions or looking for a little more detail about part of the reply, providers won't mind giving you any extra information. If you want specifics then ask the mobile bar company out right if they can provide it for you, we are here to provide you with a service. Ask if there are events happening where you could experience the product beforehand.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The idea of Filly Fizz grew from an unfortunately poor experience we had. We saw and loved a converted vehicle bar and purchased a drink from them. However, we noticed that the conversion internally wasn't so great, nor was the product they sold. We decided we could provide a quality conversion that sold quality products with great service. Our aim is for people to recommend Filly Fizz and for return custom. With our 5 star reviews we're happy that this supports our belief that we provide 5 star quality and service.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
So far our favourite engagement via Add to Event has been a 30th wedding Anniversary. The clients were a lovely couple and their family and friends made it a great party. A fabulous garden party on a lovely sunny day, many of their family and friends showed an interest in hiring Filly Fizz themselves. Add to Event provides a great service for both providers and clients.
