It helps us to understand the venue location, i.e. is there easy access to the garden or area for the hot tub. Understanding if there is power and drainage massively increases our setup and takedown speed. It is knowing these details beforehand enables us to bring precisely the right equipment.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is essential to ask about delivery times. It takes 24 hours for the hot tub to reach the perfect temperature, and as a result, you should ask if they can deliver the day before your event. Also, ask what type of hot tub it is. There are several different specs, and they range wildly. You want to have the best experience, and that often involves paying slightly more, but that investment is well worthwhile.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We have always run different businesses and have a lot of experience in providing excellent customer service. We started after noticing a gap in the market and decided to provide the best hot tubs at competitive rates. We are rapidly expanding but our focus is always on delivering customer satisfaction.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
After only a few weeks we have had seven bookings! We have had fantastic 5-star reviews from each booking. Sometimes things happen, and on one of the bookings the customer had a pump issue. We headed down there and were able to rectify the problem, which meant the customer was able to have a great birthday! We take so much pleasure out of happy customers, and this was no exception.
