What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We require a duration of hire, location of the hire and date of the event. We also require that all hires are on suitable ground with electric and hot water.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise you ask the company any questions prior to booking. Any reputable company can answer any questions you may have.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We set up with just one hot tub after having a poor experience when we hired of a company for a family birthday. We have been striving for a perfect customer satisfaction record, and for the 5+ years of business we have achieved it.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We often get bookings through Add to Event and would definitely recommend them to anybody that require professional and qualified event providers. I have now got a long-term repeat customer that I got through Add to Event 3 years ago.
