What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

When quoting we need your name, full address and postcode including which packages you are interested in and the duration you would like to hire for, we have numerous packages which can be added which include lights, blue tooth speakers, hot tub surround, robes, towels and much much more! So it's easier to quote when you have an idea in mind what exactly you are looking for, you also need to bear in mind any hire will be installed the day before your hire commences and collected the day after your hire ends so you get the full duration of your hire!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know your worth! Cheap is not always best! If you want a nice clean professional hire then expect the higher end of your budget, we pay a lot of money for safe water handling the training, public liability insurance, correct chemicals, testing kits and filters. Don't be shy to ask if the supplier has insurance, it's yourself and your children who are getting in the hot tub, you need to make sure it is clean, safe, fun :-) We base our prices on our professionalism and going that extra mile with the little touches to make your hire is as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Children! There is nothing better than when a mum says to us 'they had a great time, they loved every minute of it' Its all about family. We are a family run business myself and my business partner both have young children we originally started with hot tub themed parties, ie pamper, mocktail, mermaid and pirate which we still do but didn't realise how much adults love a hot tub either! If you're happy, we are happy.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have had 4 bookings via Add to Event since joining, I was a little sceptical but it's definitely something worthwhile joining, the cost of the credits and more was earned back in the first job. I did recommend to a friend (missed out on the extra credits because she didn't use my link) However since joining she has also recently had a couple of jobs and an awful lot of enquiries!
