Hot Tub Celebrations provide high quality, solid, British-made hot tubs throughout Lancashire and the North of England. Requiring only a clear space for the hot tub to be placed, access to water and electricity, Hot Tub Celebrations will deliver, build and test the hot tub on-site, not leaving until the customer is completely happy. They also provide instructions and aftercare.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a quote we need your post code and the date you require. The Hot Tub can be positioned where you want but access is important - if unsure please ask and we will be able to advise. It can take up to 15 hours to heat up so hires for a day only are not practicable.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are wanting a Hot Tub you must be aware that there is a big difference between inflatable and solid hot tubs. We only supply solid British-made Hot Tubs that can be a permanent addition to your property. We will deliver, fill and setup your hot tub for you ready to use with demonstration and written instructions supplied by email.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Hot Tub Celebrations was started in July 2013 after having retired at an early age. The need to have a small business with one to one contact was required. The business is fully owned and operated by Eric and Kathryn who pride themselves on delivering a quality, personal service which is greatly appreciated by the customer. In 3 years of trading we have a solid customer base with numerous repeat customers.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
A booking that I received via Add to Event some time ago was a from a family who required a hot tub for a child's birthday party. The hot tub was delivered and set up with a gazebo and left for the enjoyment of all. Since that booking the same family have hired from Hot Tub Celebrations on another 5 separate occasions and have become friends. I hope to get more customers and friends by using Add to Event.
