What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we would need the event date and the delivery postcode along with the duration of the hire period.
We would ideally deliver the day before the event so that the hot tub is ready to use the following day in good time for the event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, check if they have a website and reviews as this will show how professional the company is and how good a product and service they deliver.
Please ask which make of hot tub and how many persons it seats as
you want to make sure its one of the best on the market and is big enough for your party.
Also, find out if it includes any accessories such as led lights as this will enhance your hot tub experience.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started Bounce4kidz nearly 7 years ago when we returned to the UK after spending more than 20 years in the Canary Islands.
We had been running a successful events company there and wanted to work in a similar industry as its where we had a lot of experience and expertise.
We have two young children so obviously lots of birthday parties to plan and go to every year, so thought this would be the perfect transition by setting up a business which offered party equipment hire, not just for children but adults also... Hence Bounce4kidz was born.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had bookings for our other business Pitched Perfect Events through Add to Event which has been great but have just recently registered Bounce4kidz as we find it a fantastic platform for suppliers and customers alike.
