What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide the most accurate quote to our customers, we need to know when they are looking to hire, for how long and where they want the equipment set up. If they can tell us a bit about the occasion, we can also customise a package or provide a quote for one of our many ready made party packages. It is also good for us to know if they would prefer solid hot tubs, or inflatable as we currently only offer the inflatable kind.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To ensure that your party is going to be the talk of the season, when looking for a provider of hot tub rentals, I would insist that a potential customer looks for reviews online. Search for an up-to-date website with plenty of content including contact details of the company. A good and active social media status is also a bonus as this can provide many reviews, updates on offers and pictures. I would also check that the company you are looking in to has the relevant insurance cover.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Posh Tubs Hot Tub Hire was set up out of the need to escape the confines of my office job. I have always loved arranging parties, and working outdoors. With Posh Tubs I am now able to create and inspire hundreds of different occasions each year bringing fun and laughter to people of all ages. I never expected to have such a flourishing company in such a short amount of time and Posh Tubs brings me so much enjoyment by the satisfaction I hear about from my customers' experiences.
