What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote to a customer, we would firstly need to know the start and end date of the event and the postcode of where the venue is. We would also need to ensure the customer can provide us access to power, water and that the area where the tub is going is flat & level - it isn't fun sitting in a tub sliding down a hill! Ideally, letting us know what event you are planning such as a birthday party or hen party can also help us to suggest items to hire to make your event extra special! Once we have that, we can send the customer a quick and easy quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a hot tub to hire, the most important thing we would recommend is that the supplier has the relevant qualifications. For example, they are going to supply you with an amount of chemicals to use with your tub, in particular Chlorine. Chlorine is essential to help kill any bacteria in the water, and as such it is a very powerful chemical. Accepting instructions with chemicals form an untrained supplier is potentially extremely dangerous. A good supplier will always display their credentials on their website or offer to supply you prior to your booking.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We have been working with swimming pools and spas for the last 15 years and we have found more & more customers would like to enjoy them at home as opposed to at a public facility. We too enjoy our own inflatable spa at home, and many friends asked to borrow it, and that's where it all started for us!
