What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

It's really quite quick and simple for customers to get a quote from us, providing they have a suitable site - including a minimum 7ft x 7ft level stable surface, power (within 5m), water supply for a hose and a drain (within 10m). All we need to know is the hire dates and any additional extras they want to include along with the hot tub.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For hot tub hire, I'd say it's most important to as the supplier about the quality of the tubs they use, we only use the latest Lay-Z-Spa tubs for our customers, due to their premium quality, reliability and functions.

Add to Event has been our single most successful source of bookings, for all sorts of events from birthday celebrations to hen-dos, an added extra for a holiday cottage get away and just people wanting something a little bit different while they relax at home for the weekend.
