What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We keep it simple, is there power, water and access. We can work around all of them but it helps to be prepared!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many different types of tubs out there and they from blow up to solid tubs, think about what you are looking to achieve from your hire and your budget. Make sure you use a reputable company who are fully insured and offers 24/7 support so if anything does go wrong you aren’t missing out on your hire time.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Tranquility Hot Tubs was born from a personal need to find a reasonably priced high-end tub to hire. We found it hard to find someone who was flexible in delivery times and able to offer different packages. We have grown in the last year to a fleet of 10 solid tubs and 4 foam ones for difficult to access gardens. We are adding new offerings all the time and have just purchased our first bouncy castle!

We joined Add to Event about a month ago and have gained some great clients from here. It’s a cost-effective platform which complements our other marketing platforms and pays for itself!
