To provide a comprehensive quote for your event we need to know the date of your event, the number of guests attending, and where the event is being held. We offer a number of packages so once we have the basic details we can then work on making a bespoke package for you and your guests.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We offer all of our clients an ice cream tasting. This means you get to have face to face contact with us before the event. We also like to have a chat with you over the phone when you make the booking. In our line of work there are many types of ice cream supplier, from the long standing family business to the not so established company. As a client you need to be able to trust that the supplier you choose will be there on the day and deliver the quality of service you expect, so the more contact you can have with a supplier beforehand the better.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have worked with artisan foods for nearly ten years. I used to own my own delicatessen and loved the day to day atmosphere of working in the shop and being surrounded by delicious food. When I sold the deli to spend more time with my young family I looked for something flexible and fun to do. I came across an ice cream tricycle for sale and knew that selling ice cream at private events would be something I could be very good at, and I was right. The rest as they say is history.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One of my first ever bookings was through Add to Event. I served ice cream at a Robin Hood day for a local museum. I didn't know what to expect as this was the first time I was selling direct to the public and not a private booking. It was a grey day in early May and I didn't expect to be very busy. I was very wrong! I didn't stop all day with a queue of people buying my ice cream and sorbets all afternoon. At one point I noticed an ice cream van parked on the outskirts of the park playing his music loud to try and attract my queuing customers, but they weren't going anywhere as they knew my ice cream was a quality product worth waiting for. I had a fab day and would never have been there if it wasn't for Add to Event. I highly recommend the site to lots of traders at events I attend through the summer.
