What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Our booking process is very simple. All that we need to know from a client is the date of their party, the venue and the expected number of guests. From this information, we can confirm their price and then add details such as decoration. We'd always suggest checking with the venue that our service is suitable and will be accepted. There are few restrictions with our service as we can be sited inside or outside but your venue should know to expect the suppliers that you've booked. colours, timings and ice cream choices

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check online reviews and comments and ask lots of questions about their service. For example we're able to cater for all diets with selected plant-based and gluten-free ice creams, check with your guests if they will need to be offered similar options when you're offering food and if a provider can help with this.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After previously running a similar business in Sussex and several life changes I decided to set up Sevanetti and return to the wonderful world of wedding and party catering in the south-west. I enjoy preparing the bike and its decorations for each individual client and providing the simplest of booking procedures to make our service as easy as possible. The time spent at a venue serving ice creams and interacting with guests is the best part of the whole process though, watching people enjoying their ice treats and the trike is a joy.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

If I had to select just one booking from my Add to Event list it would be a wedding celebration held in a barn at Weston-super-Mare. The client was having a black, white and skull theme at her party and asked if we could supply decorations on our trike to fit in. We enjoyed seeking out decorative skulls and skeletons to adorn our trike and even designed, supplied and made some special bunting to fix to our parasol.
The bride absolutely loved the end result as did her guest. The wedding photographer was all over the trike and from her post a week late we secured another booking!
